Click Commerce Announces Senior Leadership Changes in Thriving Research and Healthcare Division

Nick Stier Promoted to Senior Vice President; Gregory Darmohray Joins as Vice President of Sales

BEAVERTON, OR, JUNE 10, 2008 – Click Commerce, an ITW company (NYSE: ITW), announced today that Nick Stier has been promoted to senior vice president in charge of its Research and Healthcare division and that Gregory Darmohray has joined the division as vice president of sales and business development. Stier replaces Gary Whitney, who is stepping down from the role to pursue personal interests.

“We wish to thank Gary for his leadership and contributions to the success of our Research and Healthcare division,” said Eric Meerschaert, president of Click Commerce. “Gary helped grow the unit into a leading provider of automated research and compliance solutions and will be missed by colleagues and customers alike.”

Stepping into the role of division leader, Stier started with Click’s Research and Healthcare division (formerly Webridge, Inc.) in 1999, assumed the role of vice president of sales and marketing in 2002 and was responsible for launching Click’s current business in research-related systems. In that role, he oversaw product definition, promotional campaign strategy, solution prototyping, workflow process definition, RFP processing and management of a national sales team. Prior to joining Webridge, he was director of market development at Gemstone Systems, a provider of servers for Internet commerce applications. Previously, he held management and marketing positions at Mentor Graphics and Intel. Nick has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from UCLA and a master’s degree in international management from the American Graduate School of International Management.

Darmohray has over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, engineering and research in high-technology companies. Before joining Click Commerce, he was vice president of business development at ScaleOut Software, which provides solutions for scalable, highly available workload storage software for server farms. He was previously at Webridge, Inc., for nearly seven years in numerous management positions. Earlier in his career, Darmohray was director of the Asia-Pacific region for RadiSys Corporation and held a variety of senior positions at Sequent Computer Systems. He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University and a MS in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis.

“Nick and Gregory are outstanding choices to help grow Click’s already thriving Research and Healthcare business,” Meerschaert added. “Nick has been in the front lines for some time now, and he has been instrumental in driving the evolution of the organization’s research administration and compliance solutions as well as growing the customer base. Gregory combines extensive senior sales experience with a strong background in both business and technology. Together they will help ensure unbroken progress toward achieving our business goals.”

“I am excited about the opportunity to help speed the Research and Healthcare division along its current path to becoming the undisputed leader in automated research administration and compliance solutions for academic medical centers and research institutions,” said Stier.

Darmohray added, “Working with Nick, I look forward to accelerating our market penetration for our growing portfolio of solutions that meet the needs of institutions focused on improving healthcare through medical and clinical research.”
