A dedicated project manager will work with your organization to adapt your Click® Portal solution to your particular requirements, including those governing forms and workflow processes, integration with your existing business systems, and migration of data to and from your eResearch platform. The first step is to define (or refine) and then specify the business process or workflow. Next the team will identify the information you need and design the forms and questions on those forms to capture it. Then either you, the Click Services team, or more typically both together will configure the solution to accommodate your process and data.
Implementation – Deploying Your Solution

Once configured, your solution is approaching implementation: the next to last step is data loading and the last step before deployment is testing, training, and a phased roll-out.
