Share best practices with your peers.
As a Click® Portal customer, you’ll have the opportunity to join C3 (formerly Click Compliance Consortium), an association of individuals from institutions and organizations using the Click Portal to automate their research administration and compliance workflow processes and to simplify clinical trials participant tracking and billing. With Click as an active member and contributor, C3 members share project planning, operational, and management best practices through a collaborative web site as well as two conferences, C3 User Group and C3 Developer Forum.
C3 User Group
Aimed at business users of Click solutions, the C3 User Group annual meeting focuses on eResearch business processes and benefits. Hosted by a Huron customer, the conference (typically two days) gives attendees the opportunity to share lessons learned and strategic insights as well as provide feedback to Huron that helps foster innovation and advancement of the Click Portal platform. Highlights from the last two conferences include presentations and workshops on a diverse array of topics of common interest, including: lessons for accreditation for organizations that use an electronic IRB system, process definition—getting it right from the start, national coverage determination and billing, common workflow and functional application patterns, return on investment drivers for clinical trials, data warehousing, effective solution integration, and institutional report generation. The C3 User Group is an active and engaged community that provides significant value in the annual meeting and through ongoing discussions and networking.
C3 Developer Forum
Aimed at technical professionals charged with configuring and deploying Click applications, the C3 Developer Forum (C3DF) is the industry’s only conference specifically for developers of configurable software applications for eResearch. Held at Huron's Beaverton, Oregon office, thereby facilitating ready access to Huron project managers and their teams, C3DF enables customers to expand the strategic value of their investment in Huron's software. Through workshops and presentations by both developers and Huron, the forum provides guidance and visibility into the Click Portal product and technology roadmap; enables shared best practices in development, configuration, and administration of Click Portal-based applications; and provides hands-on technical training and a forum for customer feedback. Highlights of recent conferences include sessions on development tips and techniques; data access and reporting; configuring to maximize performance; improving usability and data management; integration with existing business systems; and platform and application updates. The C3DF provides actionable takeaways that developers can put to use immediately as well as insights that enable Huron to continue to anticipate and meet our most pressing user needs going forward.
